MESSAGE TITLE:-

HONOUR

Scripture Reading:-
Exodus 20:1-12.

Greatness goes unnoticed everyday.
Everyday,we come across helpers of our destiny,but because of not giving them or according them the required Honour,we miss them.

Holiness starts with Honour.
You cannot be Holy without honouring the words of God.
In Exodus 20, from verse 1,
the instruction of God was based on
“Thou shall not”
But when it comes to Honour,
God changed the instructions to “REWARDS”.
-Honour ur father /mother-
Then you get LONG LIFE.

LEV 19:32,
Honour the old,young.
Honour is vice versa
Elderly, give Honour to the youths.
When you don’t give ,you don’t receive.

HONOUR IS IN 3 WAYS:-

HONOUR UP
HONOUR DOWN
HONOUR AROUND.

RELATIONSHIP:-
1Peter 3:7,
husbands,give Honour to your wife.
Why?
-So that your Prayers should not be hindered.
When you honour your wife,
You are asking for Peace in your marriage.Simple as A.B.C
SAY AFTER ME:-
Honour In,Honour Out

ATM MACHINE AS EXAMPLE.
If you don’t Honour your bank by depositing money with them,your ATM will not Honour your card.

Saul gives Honour to the man of God by:-
-Appreciation,
-Gift.
What happens,
Saul sat in the place of Honour after this incident.

“TAKING OTHERS FOR GRANTED” SPIRIT:-

DISHONOUR:-
It causes things to deteriorate

DISHONOUR blocks DIVINE FAVOR
Remember the Termite spirit,
-Building for others to eat.
Why should you be spending on unnecessary things like Face Powder for 500kr.
And to give to God is hard.

NOTE:
The thing you don’t Honour,
you don’t appreciate.
Do you Honour your “Mouth”
-The Word of your mouth
-Your behaviour.
-Your contribution,
Does it Edify ?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE RELEASE HONOUR INTO OUR SOCIETY AS XTIANS?

GO EXTRA MILE.

Working Scripture
Prov 24:1-10

There is a powerful spirit known as the spirit of confusion.
Many are behaving as if they are under a spell or hypnotism.
Chaos,disorder,purposelessness are the order of the day in many lives

Pray:-
My father,let my life continually confuse my enemies

PROPHETIC AGENDA:-
Many xtians have prophetic agenda over their lives,but they don’t have power or their power is fading out to pursue them.
There is a reward for accurate perception
Accurate perception of your situation and the blessings therein.

There is the uniqueness of the grace of God in that situation you are in.
You must be able to Perceive,
Perceive,the presence of God in your life.

2 Kings 4:8-10
-The woman of Shunem providing a house for the prophet.
She took time to study to know the Uniqueness of the power of God in Elisha

She said,he was different,
“I perceive this is a great man of God,
let us make for him a prophet chamber”.

With that singular revelation,
3 things happened to her household:-
-moved from barrenness to fruitfulness.
-moved her son from death to ressurection.
-from famine to fruitfulness.
She received 7 year’s harvest she did not labour for.

Tell your neighbor :-
I will not retire,I will not give up,
I will refire,in Jesus name.

Her act of generosity helped her tapped into his power.

-Elisha pouring water for Elijah
Elisha followed Elijah through to the end,
AND,
The sons of the prophet,
Despite studying prophecy,
They cannot tap into the greatness around them.

They are just studying,not discerning.
So,the question is :-
“Where is the grace to go extra mile”?
It’s absent in their lives.

3 things to be learned from them:-
-No ability
-No traffic jam
-Extra long patience is absent.

Look inward,beloved,
not outward.
Your friends may say you are a fool,
Ignore them.
Soon,they will gather around and celebrate you.

Bow down your head and ask the Lord for:
-The grace to go extra mile,fill me

The 10 virgins(Matt 25:1-13)
Beloved,
-Holiness is not their problem
-Living right is there,
But the 5 virgins missed what we are talking about.
Hanging around a little more.
Ability to go extra mile

WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OUTSIDE IS RIGHT BESIDE YOU.

Going extra mile sometimes is difficult
why?
-it’s always extra long,and,
-side comment tires and weary men.

5 Facts that will help you:-
1-God never comes late
He comes in when things look hopeless,
When doctors hang up,
and lawyers say no hope again.(Eccl 7:14)

2-Don’t get confused/bitter because of what you are passing through.
Bitterness and praying does not go together.

3-Do not disintegrate.
Going into your shell.
The result:-
Your response to anything is anger and hatred.

4-Don’t ever make statement of failure.
-“nobody cares about me”
-“everybody seems to be against me”
-“nobody cares whether I live or die anyway.
What you are saying is that life is not worth the trouble.

5-Don’t pray wrong prayer like Elijah and Mosses.
1 Kings 19
Numbers 11.

If you embark in any of these 5 things beloved,
-your thinking will be affected.
-your actions will be wrong.
-you end up in wrong place.
-wrong spirit enters and dominate the soul.
Hearing from God becomes a thing of the past.

Learn from the life of King Saul.
Inability to hold on,
Inability to go extra mile of Patience,
Makes him and his household loose the kingship.

Let us rise up beloved.

ZACCHAEUS-ZEAL FOR CHRIST

There is no character in life called Laziness.
No man is lazy.
When you see a man who love to sit on the Soffa and watched Tv day and night,he is not a lazy man.
He simply direct his zeal from looking for Work to Tv,simple.

It takes a lot of energy to pick up the remote,make tea or coffee and memorise all the channel numbers.

His Zeal was in another land of his own interest.

What is ZEAL
-love for
-devotion
-putting your energy on a thing
-burning desire for a thing(“that” I may know Him-(Phil 3:10)

Working Passage :-Luke 19:1-10

Introduction of Zacchaeus
-a public-can,
-public dustbin
His life,ways,talk,smells of rottenness.

-He is rich and stinky
Everything goes,all bad things inhabit and enclaves his life.
-stealing
-backbiting
-unfaithfulness
-Satanic broadcasting stations,
who can analyse his or her fellow xtians(CNN)

JESUS CAME TO CLEAN ALL PUBLIC -CAN
-There is no hiding place,He will locate you,in the name of Jesus.

Many Zacchaeuses are in our churches today,
And Pastors are afraid to talk on this issues,WHY?

Because of FEAR they will leave their church.
There is “NO HIDING PLACE FOR CORRUPTION” in NAHM

Zacchaeus was
-not sick,
-Not in need,
-Not Demon possessed,
-And Not poor.

So the question is :-
WHAT DO YOU PREACH TO HIM?PURIFICATION

PURIFICATION TO THEIR SOULS:-
They must take Jesus to their homes and receive Him.
Start a new life ,
Take away all worldly things.

TODAY,NOT TOMMORROW ,SALVATION MUST COME TO YOUR HOME
You have come to Him,He will come to you.

Jesus describes 4 Groups of people coming to church
Which of this do you belong?

But be rest assured,beloved,
Matt 22:2-4 ,all things are ready for you to be accepted into the kingdom,

HOW DO I RECEIVE THIS EXCHANGE AND ZEALOUSNESS:-
1-Fellowshiping with Jesus in HIS OWN HOUSE(Attending church services)
It’s a good way to grow your love and have faith in Christ.
2-Feed with Jesus (On the written WORD)
3-Genuine repentance,from your heart(out of a mans heart comes issues of life)
4-Depart from your old lives,get new spirit filled friends.

Acts 2:41-42
Secretly involving yourself in IMMORALITY,is drawing back His hands from manifesting.

5-Friends exchange visits,you must be prepared to follow Jesus to His heavenly home(John 14:1-3)

-Adulterers and fornicators cannot make it
-evil pastors cannot
-Doubtful XTIANS cannot.

A day is coming when the trumpet shall sound,
WHICH WAY WILL YOU GO:
-the NARROW WAY
OR
-THE WIDE WAY,
The way prostitute,liars,drunkards,
unbelievers go ….,
OR
The way of the righteous

WHO WILL CELEBRATE YOU?
Heaven or Hell?

I pray you will not become GRACE IN THE GRAVE
Do not wait for God to use Jonah’s method on you.
I want to give you One minute,to SETTLE YOURSELF WITH YOUR CREATOR.

Where is your first Love?
What have replaced the zeal?
Is it your new found blessings,business,fruitfulness,marriage or job?

You must retrace your steps back to your creator.
Remember the owner of your life can call you home anytime.
Remember it will be too late to change when your Toes are pointing to the heavens.

RISE UP BELOVED..

MESSAGE TITLE:  RIDICULE.

WHAT IS RIDICULE :
A word or action of a man aimed to MOCK OR MAKE FUN of a thing or others .

Ridicule is

-Contempt of,
-Scorn
-Belittle
-Insult
-Laugh at
-Make fun of.

Ridicule is the opposite of:-

-Applause
-Approval
-Commendation
-Praise.

I am praying for someone this hour, God will turn your shame to testimony.

2 SETS OF PEOPLE WHO RIDICULE JESUS:-

CHRISTIANS as a whole,

As a group,

The church has been ridiculing the Grace of Christ,

Obadiah vs 4.

The mega churches are comparing themselves to the OMEGA.

But God promised the proud,

In Obadiah verse 4,

Even if they dinner and wine with the high and mighty, He will surely destroy them.

WE DON’T call sins, sin anymore,

We call the grace that appears to all men as FREE GIFT

We have ABOUNDANT churches everywhere, whereas,

They serve devil MONDAY TO SATURDAY.

Why living as ungodly.

Why do you crucify Christ everyday,

The SALT OF THE WORD has lost his taste.

The light is getting darkened,

We lift our hands on Sundays to the Holy God,

Only Him knows what the hands has gone through throughout the week.

There are CAMELION,

in the house of God.

I am Pastor this, Right Rev,

we even need Left Rev also.

Are we born with all these titles,

If you meet a preacher, and you don’t put the title before his name is problem.

Many are a just a disgrace to the arm of Christ

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Churches everywhere, and there is no changes in the society.

We win CONVERTS, we don’t make DISCIPLES

Even Joseph nearly succumbed to this evil ,

When he secretly planned to send her away,

Before the INTERVENTION of the Holy Spirit.

You ridicule God when you don’t know the purpose of your coming to the Cross.

Why you are doing what you are doing.

How them will you make your destiny to function.

Mary in the above text was commissioned to bring our Savior to the earth,

And she performed her role to the fullest.

Ridicule is a DEVILS SWITCH MAN,

Ready to derail and program a man from his destiny.

I PRAY, any power speaking derailment into your life,

My God will paralyze them with your testimonies, in the name of Jesus.

DAVID was apprehended to slay Goliath and deliver the children of Israel, and he delivered the mission allocated to him fully.

Even when he faced MUTINY,

uprising in the kingdom.

Even  when Saul tried to kill him,

He hold on to what Paul said

I COUNT  NOT MYSELF TO HAVE “APPREHENDED”

-that APPREHENDED means

TO HAVE ACHIEVED THAT WHICH I WAS CALLED FOR,

BUT,SURELY,I AM SURE OF ONE THING,

THE MARK OF GLORY IS STILL THERE TO REACH Phil. 3:14)

Look at Mosses,

He was called as the DELIVERER of Israel,

His own sister Maryam ridiculed him

That’s why you need to KEEP UR SILENCE in the face of opposition.

Because when your God arise, He will avenge your enemy beyond your reasoning.

GOD turned Maryam to a leper.

I HAVE A MESSAGE TO THE CHURCH(1Samuel 3:11-12)

Am praying for you,

YOUR GOD WILL ARISE,AND HE WILL AVENGE YOU OF YOUR ENEMIES.

Brethen,

-as long as you are in the same league with them,

-As long as you cannot boast of changing clothes,

-As long as you are always living on credit, borrowing from them,

-As long as people knows your financial capability,

You don’t have enemy.

BUT:-

When the God of glory appears in your situation,

When borrowing becomes a thing of the past,

When the man known for his spot, his usual clothing,

Is now clothe with Glory,

Satan will now release one of his potent weapon, called,

RIDICULE.

Come with me to the book of JOHN 5:1-9

This man was at this pool for 38years,

Longing for his miracle,

Now think, can anyone associate with him? in 38years

Can any sane man or woman, say,

He is taking our glory, he is disturbing us.

NOBODY ASSOCIATE WITH A FAILURE,NOBODY.

TODAY IS PROCLAMATION SUNDAY,

SHOUT IT LOUD AND CLEAR:-

I REJECT FAILURE,I SHALL NOT FAIL

IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

But a day came, when The Lord of Glory walked into his life,

As He is doing right NOW into your situation,

TODAY, YOUR POVERTY becomes history,

Infirmities are now SCARS OF HISTORY, in the name of Jesus.

When The Lord of Glory walks into your lives

Is what the PSALMIST means by saying:-

HE SET A TABLE BEFORE ME,

IN THE PRESENCE OF MY ENEMIES.

Then many will despise you.

That’s why,

-AFTER YOUR:-VICTORY,BLESSING,HEALING,

YOU MUST CONSTANTLY FEED YOUR BODY WITH THE WORD.

Satan knows this, and he will release ridicule to appear,

So that the person in question will stop following the light and the sickness will return,

That’s why Jesus always tell people,

DON’T GO BACK TO SIN,RUN FROM BACKSLIDING.

When a spirit is cast out, he will come back later to check how the house he left was, if found clean, he will go back and invite 7stronger spirit,

-To invade the house and dwell there.

HAVE YOU EVER WONDER HOW DID THIS SPIRIT MANAGE TO KNOW THE BODY IS CLEAN?

Because the GATE IS WITHOUT A WATCHMAN(the Word)OPEN.

Ridicule will not have his way in your life,

In the name of Jesus.

Whatever may bring ridicule into your life, avoid it, even kill it at the bud.

ELI brought ridicule to all his descendant because he choose to please his children,

Rather than God,

He choose to sleep in the comfort of the sanctuary,

His children, anointed, and prepared,

Choose to sleep around with women.

Whereas, the one who guide jealously his annointing ,Samuel,

Chooses to sleep by the altar, guiding it day and night,

According to JOSHUA 1:8.

A man sometimes is the enemy of himself (Prov 18:1-3)

Whenever you are doing things contrary to the WRITTEN WORD,

You are opening the gate of:-

-RIDICULE,SHAME AND REPROACH .

Don’t bring MOCK AND DERISION into your life

Whatever you are doing, concerning your Journey with Christ,

Do it FAITHFULLY.

RIDICULE,MOCKING never last

Proverbs 6:16-19,as long as God hates all this,

His promise to your detractors  is what was written

In the  book of ISAIAH 3:9-11

HOW DO I OVERCOME RIDICULE:-

To overcome Ridicule, always ask The Lord for 4Things

-Holy Spirit to fill and Comfort you

-Courage in the face of ridicule

-Wisdom

-Power to defeat the enemy.(that is, your TESTIMONY)

Rise up on your feet.

PROCLAMATION SUNDAY PRAYERS:

1-Anything glorifying the enemy in my life, expire

2-Whether the world goes up or down, I shall prosper.

3-I shall not end the journey of 2016 with zero, in the name of Jesus Christ.
